He predominantly works in the family residential market, but also with his son Tom looks for development opportunities. Together they have created a wealth of contacts in this field which has hugely benefitted several of our clients.

Jette Moore BA (Hons), is a founding member with forty odd years’ experience. She started at Potters Bar and has worked in all our locations and around South Herts so has a wealth of knowledge in the agency field, but these days works from home bringing together the entire operation. She is a partner in the company and heads up a small but bespoke rental and management division serving many loyal clients, among her many other duties!

Gary Roberts-Mason is the branch manager of our Brookmans Park office with over 30 years of experience in the property industry. His career started in the late 80’s working in the central London property market, then moving out to Hertfordshire in 2008 to concentrate his efforts on the prime village & rural market around Welwyn. Gary possesses a wealth of knowledge and skills to provide the very best in service and advice to all his clients.

Jo Goodson
Senior Negotiator

Jo Goodson started with us in 2011 and has progressed rapidly to the position of senior sales negotiator, she also carries out valuations and is well known for her skills. She has always had a keen interest in property and gets a real thrill from negotiating sales and progressing them through to a successful conclusion. She has a caring attitude and is much sought after by clients to discuss planning projects, room layouts and such like. After all she sees a lot of houses and knows what is popular. Her desk, more often than not, is adorned with gifts and thank you cards!

James Raymond

James has worked in both our Potters Bar and Barnet offices over the last six years and he now operates out of our Bradmore Green office as a Senior Negotiator. As a result he has developed a strong understanding of the local property market and agency business. He has also lived in Potters Bar for the last 18 years, he knows the area very well and this is a huge benefit in his job. He is a charming gentleman, popular with the clients for his pleasant and helpful manner, looking after property appointments/viewings and sales progression to ensure clients experience the smoothest transaction possible. He previously worked in the public retail industry working as team leader which greatly enhanced his people skills. When not working he is keen on playing football.

Christina Panteli
Junior Negotiator

Christina started with us last year, she has lived in Brookmans Park all her life, and knows the area very well, having gone to school locally. Her family come from a property background and as a result she is quickly learning the business.

She has an interest in photography, art & design and is developing a good eye for style and is proving a useful asset to the team.

Thomas Ivory-Ward

Thomas Ivory-Ward is third-generation family, he owns and runs the Barnet business independently and has many years’ experience in the property market, especially in North London. Tom specialises in residential properties in and around the Barnet Area where he lives, but also has considerable experience in property development and is good at spotting many a development opportunity for his numerous builder clients.

He oversees the day-to-day running of the business out of our busy High Street office, including conducting valuations, managing appointments, and negotiating in our clients’ best interests to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Living in Barnet, James is well known for his strong industry background, client-focused approach, and commitment to delivering an exceptional service.

Lucy Williams

Lucy has worked across our Potters Bar, Barnet and Brookmans Park offices for over 12 years and is now based in Barnet. Having lived in Potters Bar and previously Whetstone for the past 25 years, she has an excellent knowledge of the local property market, which is a real benefit to her clients. Known for her friendly and professional approach, Lucy manages property appointments, viewings and sales progression, always aiming to make the moving process as smooth as possible. Before joining the property industry, she worked in the travel sector, developing the strong people skills and customer service approach she is known for today. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and discovering new restaurants.
