You should have confidence in your agent to present the facts to you in a clear and precise manner. It is not always the highest offer that is the best. We will spend time checking a buyer’s credentials and general ability to proceed. We will help with sorting out any problems arising from a survey and recommend a competent solicitor. A solicitor that will answer the phone to us and get the job done. We can advise on any uplift in value as a result of planning. Remember though that a failed application can be a negative.

We have a small rental Department by choice and deal with select rental properties. We can offer our Landlords a ‘finder only’ service; a let only; or full management service. We pride ourselves in carefully choosing our prospective tenants, taking up credit references, right to rent checks in accordance with the Immigration Act 2014, using a third-party referencing company. We also use the DPS, (a government approved tenant deposit scheme) for protecting Tenants deposits.
LETTING AND MANAGEMENT
We have an extremely well managed portfolio of selected properties. If you are looking for a cheap bucket price service, please take your enquiry elsewhere. If you want a bespoke service to look after a valuable piece of real estate or loved family home, then we are your answer. There are several legal obligations here, so we prefer to discuss these direct with the client.
We also offer different levels of management. We have many loyal clients who have been on our books for 20 years plus, some of those clients live abroad and, in their absence, we have arranged internal improvements such as replacing Bathrooms and Kitchens. Our philosophy is to treat the property as if it was our own.
